Refund Policy

 In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged we will offer you an exchange, store credit or refund.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind. If you change your mind on a purchase you have made, we will happily exchange your item or provide a store credit providing that our conditions of returns are met. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs incurred.


Conditions of return:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of dispatch
  • Items must be returned to us it in its original condition, unused, with tags and in its original packaging. We are unable to provide an exchange or store credit on items that have been used or removed from packaging
  • Items must be returned with protective packaging to avoid damage in transit
  • You will need to provide proof of purchase
  • All Returned Postage is at the cost of the Sender 
  • If your order was eligible for Free Shipping, then your refund will also be less our $8.95 Shipping Fee.  

If upon inspection the returned item is not found to have met these conditions we may be unable to honour an exchange or store credit.

To start a return, you can contact us at contactus@theminimunchkins.com.au . If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 


Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards


Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving your purchase and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you have received your item and it is faulty, then we are sorry for the inconvenience.

All Faulty Items need to be notified to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Please email contactus@theminimunchkins.com.au - and provide us with your Order Number, the item that is faulty, and note what the fault on the item is - please also include any photos.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
