Pick Up in Store at The Floral Chapter
We offer free pick up for orders at The Floral Chapter, Shop 4/54 Bourbong Street in the Rounds Arcade. Orders will be dropped off at the Boutique store during hours given and will be ready for pick up during boutique opening hours. If orders are needed urgently, please let us know and we will try our best to drop it off sooner. You will be notified when the order is ready to be picked up via Email.
Local Delivery in Bundaberg
We offer Local Delivery within 5km of Bundaberg CBD.
Local delivery is available Monday–Friday for a flat rate of $8.95.
💛 Free Local Delivery is available every Tuesday — simply use code TUESDAYFREE at checkout.
Orders placed after Monday 6pm will be delivered the following Tuesday if selecting the free delivery option.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been delivered.
If you have any special delivery instructions, please leave them in the notes section at checkout. If there is an order you need urgently, please send us a message on our Facebook page and we will try our best to get it to you sooner :)

Dispatch Times
Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible. You will be notified with a tracking number with Australia Post.
Deliveries
The Mini Munchkins uses Australia Post for all deliveries Australia wide.
A signature is not required upon delivery. If no-one is there to receive the package it will be left in a safe place. If the courier determines that no safe place is available they will leave a calling card.
Re-delivery
A re-delivery courier fee will be charged for an incorrect address, requiring re-delivery.
Gifting
A gift note can be added in checkout. If you would like it to be done up as a hamper, please state that in the notes.
For discretion, the delivery will not include the invoice. This will be sent to the purchaser by email.
Please note - bulk purchases of SALE items are not automatically gift wrapped if gift notes are not provided.
